The present study aimed to investigate the motor learning skill<br>development of experienced cyclists adapting to reversed control dynamics. The study<br>analyses motor learning patterns, error correction behaviour, and neuro-cognitive adaptation.<br>Data from five experienced adult riders were collected over two weeks of training sessions.<br>Findings revealed an initial performance drop followed by gradual improvement, with<br>adaptation emerging after 3\u20136 hours of cumulative practice. The process mirrors sustainable<br>skill transformation: promoting resilience, adaptability, and lifelong learning.
