STUDY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SECURING WHILE SAMPLING IN WIRELESS BODY AREA NETWORKS WITH APPLICATION TO ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHY By Nidhi R.

Abstract

The rapid development in the wireless communication technologies the sensor network also developed significantly. Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) is one having similar characteristics of the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) which can be suitable for wearing or attached on to the body. Wireless Body Area   Network is used in the field of health care field. The significant importance in health care is to protect information during transmission without any harmful, if any alteration in the information is harmful in health care field. In Security, the securing information by using two methods of key infrastructure they are one is Public key infrastructure another one is Private key infrastructure this security methods infrastructure considered essential computational resource, memory and implementation to present neatly and closely packed sensor nodes. In this paper implemented compress sensing in additional Encryption Framework it is a light weight in a field of Wireless Physical Layer Security (WPLS) and Linear Feedback Shift Register (LFSR) is used [1]. The securing information by using the encryption key, this encryption key in the form of matrix measurement and additional compression technique takes place. In this paper implemented Encryption Framework is evaluated to an electrocardiogram signal by assuming set up sensor nodes, eavesdropper and access point this results show that communication is reliable.

Keywords: Electrocardiography, Wireless body area networks (WBAN), Discrete wavelet transform (DWT), Linear feedback shift register, Compressed sensing (CS), Wireless physical layer security (WPLS).
