Abstract  This research is focused on the Customers perception and satisfaction towards retail specialty Stores in Chennai City. Various Dimension related to service quality are been analyzed and measured. This study helps us to understand the customer’s perception towards various dimensional SERVOQUAL and identifying those dimensions which have to be concentrated which leads to customer satisfaction and retain loyal customers by providing additional services preferred.
