Abstract

The modern learning environment demands skills that go beyond traditional academic knowledge. In the 21st century, students must acquire critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration and digital literacy to succeed in education, careers and life. These skills help learners to solve problems, adapt to change and apply knowledge in real situations. They also improve employability and support life long learning in technology driven world. The main objective of the study is to examine the role of 21st century skills on entrepreneurial intention among higher education learners. The study highlights the necessity of integrating 21st century skills in educational curricula to cultivate innovative, adaptable and future entrepreneurs. Method used for the study is theoretical literature reviews. The findings revealed that critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration and digital literacy directly influence entrepreneurial intention among higher education learners. The study reveals 21st century skills are essential for making education more meaningful, practical and globally relevant.
