A Study on the Effect of Digital Transformation in Management Education By Adithya Jim and Fahad Ahamed Ameer

Abstract

The management education environment has been totally revolutionized by the fast-evolving digital technologies. This paper, therefore, examines how digital transformation has affected management education and attempts to investigate its implications and highlight the important role of technology integration in this context. The research involved use of Google Forms to distribute questionnaires to management students so as to uncover the impact of various digital tools on teaching methods, learning experiences, and institutional efficiency. This study looks at some case studies and current trends that delineate how digital technologies have transfigured management education. It shows how these technologies help in pedagogical innovation; encourage more student involvement; teaching teachers and students a number of important skills they need for living in the world full of complexities created by modern technologies. Aside from this, it also highlights that educators are transitioning into facilitators who promote digital literacy while fostering innovative thoughts within managerial classrooms.

By examining these areas, this paper adds not only towards an increased comprehension about what digital transformation signifies in terms of managing student change but also important suggestions.
