Abstract

This study explores the integration of GenAI tools in classroom settings and their role in enhancing teaching and learning practices. Drawing on recent empirical research, systematic reviews, and case studies, the paper investigates how AI facilitates improvements in teaching quality, student learning outcomes, motivation, and collaboration. GenAI applications are found to automate routine instructional tasks, enable personalized content delivery, improve assessment accuracy, and foster active student engagement. This study also addresses challenges related to ethical use, teacher readiness, and equity in access. Through a descriptive synthesis of existing literature and practical insights, this study highlights the transformative power of AI to support educators and learners when strategically and responsibly integrated. Findings underscore the necessity of comprehensive teacher training, policy frameworks, and ongoing evaluation to optimize AI’s educational impact while mitigating risks. This work contributes a foundation for future AI-enhanced pedagogical innovation and informs recommendations for policy and practice in evolving educational landscapes.
